What are your objectives?
Safety and stability are our top priorities for both our investors’ funds and our tenants’ homes. Collectively, we have lived in houses of multiple occupancy (HMOs) for nearly a decade, so we know what tenants need and desire. Equally, we have been landlords and invested in and managed a large and expensive renovation project, so we fully appreciate investors’ needs too.
